Stillwater Valley Gifts offers the following Returns Policy: STILLWATER VALLEY GIFTS GUARANTEE! At Stillwater Valley Gifts, we stand behind our products, our service and you, our customer. If, for any reason, you or your gift recipient is not fully satisfied with your gift, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will exchange it or issue a gift certificate or refund. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Stillwater Valley Gifts is happy to replace a gift with another selection, or issue a gift certificate or refund according to our guarantee described above.
To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
1>Repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip.
2>Obtain a Stillwater Valley Gift return (SVGR) number by calling Customer Service, 1-406-322-1313, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
3>Include the (SVGR) number in the following return shipping address:

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Stillwater Valley Gifts is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
If you are returning a gift because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, Stillwater Valley Gifts will provide a prepaid USPS return label.
MULTIPLE SHIP-TO ADDRESSES
Use our multiple ship-to capability to send gifts to different addresses, whether you're sending the same gift to everybody or different gifts to each address. Stillwater Valley Gifts has enhanced this service so that you can take care of all your gift giving in a single checkout. Look for it on the Checkout page.
